Maryanne
has been the senior veterinary nurse at Bega Veterinary Hospital since 1998. She keeps all the vet's organised with the day to day running of the hospital cases and surgery. Maryanne’s interests in order are horses, more horses, and
occasionally champagne. Her and her husband have been busy in their spare time having recently built their house and keep very active showing horses.

Trudy
has been working as a nurse at the hospital since 1998. She has completed a Level II Small
Animal Handling certificate, the Hill’s Small Animal Clinical Nutrition
course and is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts through Wollongong
University. Behind the scenes Trudy keeps us very well organised, arranging herd health visits and data entry. At home, Trudy has a friendly dog Max.

Lauren
is a local Bega girl, who has worked with us as a nurse since 2003. Lauren enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing,
particularly working with the animals. She has recently become a full time member of the team, while also studying for a certificate four in veterinary nursing. At home, she is a passionate
musician, playing the guitar, piano, and singing. Among her family
are a beagle called “Bella” , a 3 legged cat called “Skip” and two younger very naughty cats Germanicus and Tiberius.

Cathy
Howell
Cathy
has worked at the Bega Vet Hospital since 2001 as a receptionist,
and is very well known to the local community. Cathy is particularly
good at keeping everyone organised. She is a very fit staff member – she
loves walking and camping, and all other aspects of the outdoors. She
has 2 daughters, and is the proud grandmother of Cohen, Jordan and Tyler.

Andrea

Andrea
is a receptionist and veterinary nurse at the Cobargo branch of the Bega
and Cobargo Veterinary Hospitals. She has worked for the clinic
since 1990, although she had a brief respite to raise her children. Andrea
has completed a Diploma of Applied Science (Agriculture). In addition
to her family, she loves her donkeys and her 2 dogs.

Carly Gottaas
Carly has been a part of our team since 2007 as a full time vet nurse and after completing Certificate II in Animal Studies, is now studying Certificate four in Veterinary Nursing. She is a born and bred Bega girl who enjoys painting and drawing in her spare time. Her pets include two chooks and her dog "Ralphy".

Emily
has been responsible for the cleanliness of the hospital for
the last seven years, working every afternoon to keep the clinic neat and
tidy.

Sue Cox
Sue started working with us in 1992 as a nurse but now handles the administration part of the business and helps Peter with Embryo Transfer. She is engaged to Stuart and has a passion for New Foundland dogs. When not working with us, she is kept busy running her own business, Cesune Pet Retreat.

Roz Kennedy
Roz has completed a course in small animal care and started with us in 2008 in an administration role and also helps around the hospital wherever needed. She grew up in Bega, is married and has two adorable labradors and in her spare time enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie Merton
Stephanie has been doing after school work with us for several years, and joined us on a full time basis in 2010. She is currently studying for her vet nursing certificate. Steph grew up in Bega, her interests include keeping fit at the gym and going for motorbike rides with partner Scott and has a new addition to the family with staffie, Cooper.
